Sunny in SoCal is created by me, Janet Nasir, a teacher in-you guessed it!- southern California!

I’ve taught 7th and 8th grade history and ELA, various middle school electives, a 2nd/3rd grade combo class, and am currently teaching 2nd grade.

I’ve been named Teacher of the Year twice and love talking about and reading about education.
